I saw The Last Emperor this weekend (The Valentino film) and it is one of my favorite’s I’ve seen this year.
After the film the audience got a special treat—the director Matt Tyrnauer showed up and had a Q&A with the audience. He gave us some behind the scenes inside stuff—pretty cool.
If you’re in NY: Q&A w/ Tyrnauer and Vogue editor-at-large André Leon Talley 4/8 @8:10pm
If you’re into fashion, entrepreneurship, fabulous Italian gay men or seeing Andre Leon Talley in a hideous but gorgeous Valentino poncho then I highly recommend it. It’s playing at the Laemmle Sunset 5 on Sunset Blvd.
haha…there are so many weird sites on the internet, how could anyone ever get bored?

I reeaaalllyyyy want to go to the Britney Spears concert-but don’t want to go alone! Noone wants to go with me. The friends I have asked have said “Absolutely not” and the friends I haven’t asked—well I’m too embarassed to ask them.
So who’s with me? It will be loads of fun and ridiculous pop music, and at the very least, we’ll get a few laughs out of it and hear her blurt out random things (like ‘Merry Christmas!’ as she did at her last concert).
I can’t miss this.

I love the cover…but the Obama references have got to stop at some point.

Why is everyone making such a big flippin deal over this Kim Kardashian pic! EVERYONE gets photoshopped! And she looks better BEFORE than most people do AFTER. tah!
On her blog, Kim said “But you know what, who cares! So what: I have a little cellulite. What curvy girl doesn’t!? How many people do you think are photoshopped? It happens all the time! At the same time as this Complex shoot, I was gearing up for my fitness DVD in the gym because my goal this year has been to get in better shape and tone up! Hard work pays off! I’m proud of my body and my curves and this picture coming out is probably helpful for everyone to see that just because I am on the cover of a magazine doesn’t mean I’m perfect.”
I knew I liked this chick for a reason (besides her impecable taste in shoes and Phillip Lim dresses).

This is theeee funniest video ever. I jacked it off Krys’ Twitter page (Hey boo!)
If you’re a lover (or a hater) of Twitter—you’ll get this.
"Popular culture (or pop culture) is the collection of ideas or memes that are popular, well-liked or common and create the prevailing culture. These ideas or memes are heavily influenced by mass media. Popular culture permeates the everyday lives of the mainstream. It is manifest in preferences and acceptance or rejection of features in such various subjects as cooking, clothing, consumption, and the many facets of entertainment such as sports, music, film and literature."
